Do you think your child is the cutest in Havering? If you do this is your chance to prove it in the Romford Recorder and The Liberty Shopping Centre’s Cute Kids Competition.
To enter, pick up a copy of the Romford Recorder Newspaper which has a Cute Kids entry coupon, come to The Liberty Shopping Centre main square to the Limelights photography stand to have a photo of your little one taken. Your Childs photo will be published in a future edition of the newspaper for readers and families to vote on.
