Face Coverings Mandatory
Government Guidelines – 27th Nov 2021
Following the latest Government Guidelines, face coverings are now mandatory in enclosed public spaces– including shopping centres and shops. Please read below for a reminder of the guidelines:-
This includes reusable or single-use face coverings, a scarf, bandana, religious garment or hand-made cloth covering but these must securely fit round the side of the face.
It will be compulsory to wear a face covering when buying food and drink to take away from cafes and shops. If you are sitting down in the premises to consume food or drink, then you can remove your face covering in order to eat and drink.
Exceptions:-
Face coverings will not be mandatory for anyone under the age of 11 or those with disabilities or certain health conditions, such as respiratory or cognitive impairments that make it difficult for them to wear a face covering
Ensuring the health and safety of our visitors, retailers and employees within our centre is our main priority.
